WATSON, Noreen "Nor" Edwina (Wheeler) 24 August 1935 - 28 November 2011 It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our love, mother and best friend who succumbed to a long hard battle with cancer at home with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Carolina and Edward Wheeler, her sister Alice (Fred) Minnie and her son Gerald.

Family members bereaving Noreen are her husband of 51 years, Don, her sons Doug, Ted and Mike, nine grandchildren Ryan, Lily, Alexa, Georgia, Michaela, Callum, Chase, Finlay and Kennedy, sisters Elva Clemens and Dorothy (Nick) DiOrio, nieces and nephews Sherri, Heidi, Roy, John, Frank, Theresa, Lori, Sandy, Tina and Cecil. Noreen was born and raised in Victoria, attending South Park Elementary, Victoria High School, was in the Victoria Girls Drill Team and worked at the Motor Vehicle Branch of the Provincial Government. She moved to Vancouver in 1957 and worked at Gulf Oil, married her husband in 1960 and moved to Dawson Creek in 1961 for eleven years and raised 4 sons. She moved to Tsawwassen in 1972 and while working in her husband's Land Surveying office managed to control 4 boys, a husband and a big yard full of flowers.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Delta Funeral Home 5329 Ladner Trunk Road, Ladner, BC on Friday the 2nd December at 11 am, followed by a reception at the Beach Grove Golf Course club house 5946 12th Avenue, Tsawwassen, BC from 1 - 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to BC Cancer Foundation 13750 96th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 1Z2, would be appreciated.

HEWITSON, Thomas Whittaker 1919 - 2011 It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father and grandfather on November 6th, 2011. Tom was born September 26, 1919 in Nelson Lancashire, England to parents Thomas and Annie Hewitson. As a young boy the family immigrated to Canada to reside in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is where he spent his childhood. When war broke out, Tom proudly enlisted in the Navy and served on board the HMCS Algonquin. When the war was over Tom moved with his wife Rose and daughter Sharon to Victoria, BC. Daughter Penny was born and Victoria was to be his home for the rest of his life. He was first employed by the Sidney Roofing Company and later with the Saanich School Board. In 1982 he retired and was now able to spend time doing what he loved - skiing, boating, fishing and especially gardening. Tom was predeceased by his wife Rose and sisters Edith Hodgson and Jennie Staley. He is survived by his daughters Sharon (David) Nisbet and Penny (Jim) Doswell, also grandchildren Christine (Jerry), Cathy (Chris) and Kyla (Adam) and great grandchildren Brenden, Ryan, Madeline, Emily, Henry and Dehlia. Tom was able to stay independent in his own home until his last days. Dad we are proud of you and miss you.

There will be a celebration of Tom's life for family and close friends.

McGREGOR, Angus Everett May 26, 1920 - November 25, 2011 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Angus McGregor. Angus is survived by his wife, Dina, of 65 years, his daughter Heather, his son lan and wife Brenda, and two grandchildren Madison and Cole. Angus was predeceased by his brothers Gordon and Neil and survived by two sisters Thelma and Kaye and sisters-inlaw Nellie McGregor, Elda Lane, Yolly Wilcox and Helen Signoretti as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Angus was born in Kamloops (Pinantan Lake) to Mary and Everett McGregor. He served overseas in World War ll and then returned home to Kamloops. Angus loved the BC outdoors where he hiked, hunted and fished with family and friends. He had boundless energy and continued to walk, ride his bike and swim when he was well into his eighties. The family wishes to express thanks to the staff at the Priory for their care.

A memorial service will be held at McCALL'S BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson and Vancouver Streets, Victoria, BC on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ln lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made. Family interment to be held in Kamloops at a later date.

OZARD, William Wakefield In Bedford, Nova Scotia, signed off the air on November 25, 2011 peacefully at the home of his daughter Tanya Ozard and her husband Chuck Langdon. Born in Victoria, BC, Bill was the son of William Charles Ozard and Evelyn Royal Georgina Bonavia. Bill was a loving and well-loved man with a sharp wit, a big heart and unwavering faith. 5 years ago, Bill was diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer. From day one, he was a pillar of strength in his approach to this life-altering news. He handled it with grace & positivity and throughout, maintained his fervid sense of humour. These qualities along with determination, a cunning intelligence and a talent for public address aided his diverse career in TV and Radio broadcasting, politics and tourism. On the West Coast Bill started out as an on air announcer and newsman on CJVI Radio and later on CKDA Radio - both in Victoria. On the east coast people will remember his voice from his 13 year tenure with CJCH in Halifax and his invaluable contribution to the launch of the christmas flowers canada Daddies charity in the Maritimes. Bill is survived by 5 children - Shelley, Jillian (Alex), Tanya (Chuck), Aubrey (Matt) and William Quinton, his sister Stephanie, niece Rachel (Dave), great niece Emily and grandsons Evan, Garrett and Cameron.

Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church at 1408 Bedford Highway, Bedford, N.S., on Friday, December 2nd at 11:00am to bid farewell to Bill. 6 4 3 6 2 0 RODOLPHE-ROUSSEAU, Francoise (nee Brusset) Passed away at Victoria Hospice in Victoria, BC on November 24, 2011 in her 88th year.

Born in Tarbes, France, on February 13, 1924, she was pre-deceased by her mother, Odette Brusset, in 1981 and her father, Jean Brusset, in 1982. She is survived by her sister Annick Rivollier, brothers Henry (Anne-Marie), Mike (Gwenn) and Jean-Louis.

Francoise is fondly remembered by nephews Alain Rivollier and Paul Brusset and nieces Veronique Neustaedter, Jacqueline Brusset and Jennifer Sattler and many grand nephews and nieces. Many thanks to friends and relatives for their support, with special thanks to caregivers and staff at Victoria Hospice for their compassionate support and care.

Funeral Mass will be held at the Franciscan Friars at 1076 Joan Crescent, Victoria, BC on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 1:00pm. Flowers gratefully declined in favour of a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.

STURROCK, Orma Evelyn (nee Craig) Orma passed away peacefully November 21, 2011 at the age of 94, at the Priory Hospital, Victoria, B.C. She was born on the family farm west of Ottawa on December 1, 1916.

On August 2, 1952, Orma married her beloved husband, Bob Sturrock in Ottawa.

They moved to Victoria in 1966, where the climate suited Orma's love of gardening perfectly. She spent many happy hours in their yard nurturing her flowers and shrubs.

She enjoyed walking with Bob and their wellloved little dogs, Lisa, Tara and Cindy and playing a round of golf. Orma was a kind, gentle lady, soft spoken and supportive of others while maintaining a quiet strength of her own. She loved to cook and made a comfortable home for Bob and herself. She also enjoyed having friends and family stop by. Orma gave generously to a number of charities and animal shelters. She was predeceased by her husband, Bob, in 2007 as well as eight of her siblings. She is survived by brothers Eric and Eldon Craig, numerous nieces and nephews and their families. As they planned, Orma will be cremated and her ashes will be interred with Bob at Christ Church, Huntley, near Ottawa in the coming year.

A memorial service will be held at that time.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses and staff of the Hiscock Extended Care Unit of the Priory Hospital for the wonderful care they provided Orma over the years.

ZASEYBIDA, Gregory "Harry" Passed away on November 27, 2011 at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his loving wife Olga; 3 children; Gregory (Frances), Catherine (Chris) and Susan. 4 grandchildren; Derek, Kailee, Steven and Amber. 1 great grandson Vaughner. Harry was an avid fisherman and proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Airforce. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

SPELT, Jacob (Jake) June 28 1931 - November 24 2011 Jake went home to be with his Lord, peacefully, on November 24, 2011, surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his wife of 45 years, Diny, and he will be missed by his children Cory (Doug), Ron (Janice), Dave (Bridget), Angelee (Jay) and his grandchildren Melody (Teri), Alisha, Shannon (Will), Brad, Dan, Travis, Joshua, Paul, Dakota, Conrad, Kyla, Miranda, Colby and his good friend Josie. We rejoice to know he is in heaven and look forward to seeing him again. Jake and Diny came to Canada in 1954 from Holland to build a life for their family, and eventually made their way to Saanichton from Saskatoon, where they bought a service station. Over the past 40 years almost every member of the family has had their first job at the "Shop". Jake loved to come to the "Shop" for coffee and see his children and grandchildren working together.

A service of praise and thanksgiving to God, celebrating the life of Jake will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church 661 Agnes St., Victoria on December 3 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mephibosheth fund to support disabled students at Pacific Christian School. Stigant and the staff at the RJH renal unit for making Jake's life more comfortable these past few years.
